What is CrossFit? “Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity.” Constantly Varied The more variety in your workouts, the more your body will develop. 

Whether your goal is weight loss, increased muscle mass, strength, or all of the above. Variety in exercises, weights, reps, sets, etc., is a key component for your formula. 

Berkeley CrossFit is located conveniently on San Pablo ave in Berkeley just off the freeway. We offer a well balanced workout combing strength and cardio in every class. We welcome all athletic levels and design workouts for those with experience as well as none.
